Event Specifications

On the on 22nd of May TwoChefs catered for the Western Province Rugby Football Union (WPRFU). The event was held at Molenvliet Vineyards in celebration of 23 years of unity and 125 years in existence.

Starter

Roasted plum tomato and red bell pepper soup with rocket pesto, aged gruyere and herb oil served with toasted ciabatta – Large soup plate.

Main Course

Garlic and rosemary marinated beef sirloin served with Potato and leek galette , fresh wild rocket and baby vegetables.  Sauces include: wild mushroom, roasted garlic and rosemary jus
