Another day, another event. On the 19th of November the TwoChefs team catered for Greyvenstein Attorneys at Landtscap in the lush Devon Valley area situated close to Stellenbosch.

With this year end function being held in a great location, paired with good food, wines and live music, it certainly qualifies as one for the books. 

Catering for 250 people, the TwoChefs team came up with the following menu to wet the tastebuds of all who were present.



Candy salmon with maple syrup, strawberry, pineapple and toasted sesame.

Seared beef carpaccio crostini with truffle aioli and grilled parmesan crisp.

Gazpacho (cold tomato soup) with pickled cucumber and red onion salsa.

Baked camembert crème brule served with curried walnut praline.

Tomato and bocconcini skewers with basil pesto and balsamic glaze.

Chicken Caesar cups with garlic croutons and parmesan dressing
